1 cup ripe pineapple (canned or fresh), chopped
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar
6 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sriracha

In a small pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauces reduces, about 30 minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools.

Makes 1 Cup
